Celebrate this Easter long weekend in Glen Waverley with our limited-edition menu items on your table. Our in-house pastry chef Avish has created a special dessert just for the occasion. A rich dark chocolate crémeux ‘dinosaur egg’ with nutmeg, layered with passionfruit curd and served on crisp kataifi, finished with raspberry coulis and freeze-dried raspberries.
We’ll also have exclusive whole crayfishs available for the weekend, served with your choice of garlic butter or creole sauce.
